How long will my order take?
All orders will be ready for collection or dispatched within 2 weeks from the order date.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Where can I pick up my order?
If you selected pickup, your order can be collected from:
Shop 26, 4–8 Eucalyptus Drive, Westleigh.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
What are your store opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Please call 1300 736 610 before visiting to ensure someone is available to assist you.
Can I try on before purchasing?
Yes, we strongly recommend visiting us in store to try on sizes if you are unsure. This helps ensure the best fit for game day.
Can I return or exchange my uniform?
If your item is returned in new, unworn and saleable condition with all tags attached, we are happy to offer an exchange. Items must show no signs of wear, washing or damage.
Do you offer refunds?
Uniforms are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty.
What if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details so we can assist.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once production has commenced.
Is stock limited?
Some sizes may sell out during peak ordering periods. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
